Wood Ceilings Plus has developed two new wood finishes which easily adapt to a variety of shapes. Before these finishes were introduced, the cost and practical considerations of using conventional wood ceilings limited their use. That’s why at Ceilings Plus we reimagined what a wood ceiling can be. See Wood Finishes. Panel Surface Quality The distinguishing characteristic of Trilusions™ is the flatness of the panel. The structural integrity and overall quality is achieved by the integral 1-1/4” panel returns on all 4 sides. Accessible Trilusions™ is an integrated ceiling system consisting of panels, grid and associated hardware. The ceiling system allows access to the space above at every location. Heavy-Duty torsion spring clip assemblies mounted to the panels allow for complete downward access to the plenum without distortion to the panel. Ceiling Lighting/ HVAC Trilusions™ can accommodate pendant mount, linear, incandescent and nearly all lighting elements. HVAC interface details are available. A variety of sound absorbing backing is available, Ceilings Plus can supply absorbing material which can achieve NRC values ranging from .70-.95. Consult factory for more guidance. Shapes/Sizes The Trilusions™ panel can be manufactured in virtually any triangular shape. Equilateral and varying degree angles are available. The panels can be flat or sloping. The best economic value for the panel are 30” and 36” equilateral. Panels can be specially made in widths up to 4’. Test Reports Ceilings Plus has developed the Trilusions™ ceiling systems to meet ASTM 635, ASTM 636 and typical local building code requirements. Test reports for suspension system and finish performance are available upon request. Class I Fire Rated Trilusions™ product line are Class I, 0-25 Flame Spread as tested in accordance with ASTM E84. Exterior Trilusions™ can be specified for an exterior application using specific materials as noted in the Wood Finishes and Metal Finishes.
