Send us your BIM or CAD files. We use 3-D data to size each panel, locate ceiling-mounted fixtures, and take
care of the details. The same data also runs our automated production line. Each custom-made piece arrives at the project labeled with its precise location.
Aluminum or wood-laminated sheets are fed into automated, numerically controlled equipment that locates and punches each perforation, notch, and cutout, and then trims the sheets to the required sizes. Next, panels are folded to the required shape, placing a controlled amount of tension in the metal to help keep the panel faces flat and free of oil-canning. The entire process takes as little as a minute per panel. Dimensions are measured in thousandths of an inch.
This versatility, speed, and precision means that you can design pretty much what you want, and we can still make it quickly and affordably.
